Information submitted when the form is enabled

When enabled, the consultation form collects your full name, email address, optional phone number, client type, service of interest, optional preferred contact method, your message, and confirmation that you agree to this privacy notice.

Do not use the form to send tax documents or sensitive identifiers. Do not include Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, birth dates, income records, refund information, payment details, or similar sensitive information.

How the information is used

When the form is enabled, consultation inquiry information is used to respond to your request, understand the type of support you are seeking, and evaluate a potential engagement. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship.

Form delivery through Formspree

When enabled, the form sends the information you provide to Formspree, a third-party form delivery provider, so the inquiry can be delivered for review and response. Formspree processes the submission under its own practices. Review Formspree’s privacy policy before submitting the form.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, identified by measurement ID G-QJE3J15NX7, to understand aggregate site traffic, page use, device and browser characteristics, referral information, and interactions with site features. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and may use cookies or similar browser storage, including identifiers such as _ga, to distinguish visits. Hosting and technical records

The website host—and Formspree when the form is enabled and intentionally submitted—may process ordinary browser and server records needed to deliver and secure their services, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. The site does not add advertising trackers, chat widgets, or map embeds.

Retention and disclosure

Inquiry information may be retained only as long as needed to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. Analytics information is retained and processed according to the configured Google Analytics settings and Google’s policies. You can limit analytics storage through browser cookie controls, privacy protections, or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Do not include sensitive tax information in any inquiry.
